Barbara Ann Whigham Tuggle of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Thursday July 4, 2024 at the age of 89.
Barbara was born December 22, 1934 in Sandy Ridge, Alabama and a member of the Machis Lower Creek Tribe. She lived several years in Slidell, Louisiana and later became a longtime resident of Pearl River County. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Tuggle and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents, Lloyd Mack Whigham, and Lila Mae Dozier Whigham; and son, William K. Tuggle.
