Brandon Joseph Bordelon

Brandon Joseph Bordelon passed into his eternal rest on June 16, 2025.

Brandon was born a resident of Hopedale, LA on November 9, 1970, and grew up on Bayou la Loutre with his parents and two sisters before putting down his own roots in Pearl River, LA. His work life included a stint as an offshore crew boat captain before becoming a radiologic technologist serving at the Veterans Administration in New Orleans, LA. He enjoyed boating (especially with his dad), fishing and scuba diving; shared a fondness for dining out and watching Jeopardy with his mom; was a devoted dog-owner (his golden retriever, Bucky, misses him); and shared himself warmly with friends and family who will always love him dearly.

Brandon was proceeded in death by his father (Weldon Joseph Bordelon, Jr). His survivors include his mother (Margaret Ann Bordelon), two sisters (Sherry Bordelon Brown and Jill Bordelon Castiglione), nine nieces and nephews and a brand-new grandniece.

Visitation will be June 28, 2025, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (2621 Colonial Blvd, Violet, LA). A funeral service and interment will follow. the interment will be at Saint Bernard Catholic Cemetery (2805 Bayou Road, St. Bernard, LA, 70085).
