Dodridge Lee Creel DeVries of Poplarville, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at the age of 81.
Dodridge was a resident of Pearl River County for twenty-one years and a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Poplarville, Mississippi.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Gerald "Jerry" Lee DeVries, Sr; son, Gerald L. DeVries, Jr. (wife, Anne); daughter, Laura Christine DeVries; sister, Peggy Larue Hollier; grandchildren, Zachary Morgan DeVries, Seth Henry DeVries, and Elijah Quinn DeVries.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alton Parker Creel and Lessie Mae Creel; brother, Bennett Franklin Creel; and sister, Clara Ruth Curtis.
A graveside service will be held by family, 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Ford's Creek Cemetery, Poplarville, Mississippi.
