Doris McQueen, age 85, of Picayune passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 at Highland Community Hospital.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Turtleskin Cemetery, under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
Mrs. McQueen was a lifetime resident of Picayune, MS. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Billy McQueen of Picayune; two daughters, Beverly Moody of Carriere and Barbara Kennedy of Picayune; one brother, Kenneth Wayne Cooper of Pearl River, LA; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Opal Clubb, her son, Berkley McQueen, two sisters, Iris Betuel and Vinny Mae Clubb.
