Dr. Edgar John Haas, III, age 69, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Mississippi State Veterans Home.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Haas was a former resident of Anchorage, Alaska where he lived and taught many years.
He is survived by his wife, Veva C. Haas of Carriere, Mississippi; and sister, Ruth Haas Morrel of Oklahoma.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Haas, Jr. and H. Frances Haas.
