Edna Sims Gandy, age 100, of Kiln, Mississippi, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at New Fellowship Church in Hickory, Mississippi with Bro. Phillip Gandy officiating.
Mrs. Gandy was a homemaker and a member of Enterprise Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, John L. Gandy of Enterprise; sisters, Tressie Courtney of Bassfield and Elizabeth Hollingsworth of Newton; grandchildren, John Gandy, Diana Bently and Jennifer Harvey; and great-grandchildren, Anna Bently, Preston Harvey and Maggie Bently.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ella Forman Sims; husband, John W. Gandy; and grandson, Charles Gandy.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Gideon's International.
