Elizabeth Victoria “Tori” Effler of Picayune, Mississippi passed away, Monday, October 9, 2023, at the age of 53.
Tori was a native of Pearl River County. She enjoyed gardening in her yard and doing crafts. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.
Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Jeff Effler; daughter, Brandi Bilbo; brothers Richie Bilbo (Stephanie), and Rodney Bilbo; grandchildren, Kendra Bankston, Daliyah Gray, Sky Tolden, Kamryn Myles, and Julius Miles.
She is preceded by her daughter, Brooke Bilbo; parents, Janet Bilbo and Douglas Bilbo.
A Celebration of life will be held by family.
