It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Faye Eileen Connell. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who passed on August 23, 2026. 

Faye graduated from Leon Highschool and retired from Florida Department of Revenue. She was born in Marianna, Florida on December 4, 1961, to Nellie Connell and Wiley H. Connell. She grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and moved to Mississippi in 2016. 

She is survived by her children, Maryanne Connell and Robby Connell (Jennifer); brother Don Connell (Debrah); six grandchildren, Maria, John "Bubba", Chrissie, Lyla, Cora, and Wren; nieces Krystal Barido and Kathryn Chrystensen; great nephew Kacey Barido; great niece Elowyn Chrystensen; and sister Diana Connell.

She is preceded in passing by her father Wiley H. Connell, mother nellie Connell, and brother Eugene Connell.

Faye will be laid to rest in the Bazel Connell Family Cemetery beside her brother Eugene Connell and father Eiley h. Connell in Mount Vernon, GA.
