Katie Elaine Cooper Farmer of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the age of 75.
Katie was a lifelong resident of Picayune and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. She was loved by all her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Farmer (Jennifer); daughters, Tammy Bennett (Eljie, Jr.) and Greta Pharr (Charles). Brother, Roy Cooper; sister, Mamie O'Flynn (Michael); ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Reggie Lavell Farmer, Sr; son, Reggie Farmer, Jr; daughter, Regina Farmer; brother, Boyce Cooper; sisters, Lois Sanderson and Anna Jean Kahl.
Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Saturday July 24, 2021, at Picayune Funeral Home. Service to begin at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at McNeill Cemetery.
