Louis U. Fucci, age 94, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Monday, March 30, 2015.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Johnson and Bro. Billy Galloway officiating. Burial will be at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Fucci was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, a Police Officer, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a member of Central Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Burnice Fucci of Carriere; one son, John Guy Fucci, and his wife Toxie of Harahan, Louisiana; three stepsons, Les Burns and his wife Jackie of McNeill, Merlie Ray Burns of Derby, and David Paul Burns and his wife Connie of Carriere;; fourteen grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Catherine Fucci; one son, Edwin Edward Fucci; one step-daughter, Dixie Kay Adams; and two sisters, Mafalda Fucci Giradi, and Mary Fucci Viccarri.
