Mae Pauline Entrekin of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the age of 83.
Mae was a longtime resident of Picayune, Mississippi and a member of Unity Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the Senior Center, gardening, and cooking. She loved being with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her step-son, Eugene Entrekin (Jeanette) of Lucedale, Mississippi; daughters, Debbie Langford of Biloxi, Mississippi, and Janice Lossett (Daniel) of Picayune, Mississippi; step-daughter, Barbara Parker (Edwin) of Lucedale, Mississippi; brothers, Arnold Burns (Rosemary) of Picayune, Mississippi, and Willie Merle Burns (Connie) of Picayune, Mississippi; sister, Rosie Lee Davis; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her former husband and father of her children, Riley Sheridan Entrekin; parents, William Murray "Jack" Burns and Ida Judymar Bates Burns; son, Kenneth Ray Entrekin; daughter, Judy Gwen Swords; son-in-law, John T. Langford, Jr.; brother, W.L. Burns, Thomas Burns, and Herbert Ray Burns; sister, Maudine Burns; one step grandchild.
A graveside service was held Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery.
