Mary Adrienne Glydewell Mabie

Mary Adrienne Glydewell Mabie, born on January 20, 1953, in Biloxi, Mississippi at Keesler Airforce Base, passed away on January 11, 2026, in Slidell, Louisiana. 

Mary is survived by her son, David Glenn Mitchell, her daughter, Kristy Mitchell Sones, and her beloved grandchildren, Mckenna Sones, Gunner Mitchell, and Jolie Mitchell. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends who cherish the memories they shared with her.

Mary is preceded in death by her first husband of 30 years Gene Mitchell, second husband Dan Charles Mabie, her father, Maynard Joseph Glydewell, and her mother, Edith Ray Glydewell.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Kellie's Poor Boy, located at 2322 MS-43 Ste D, Picayune, MS 39466, at a date that will be announced later.
