Michael Christopher Blackwell born Sunday April 10, 1988 to Michael and Renee Blackwell
He was a lifelong resident of Carriere, Ms. A roofer by trade for the most part of his
life but could build a house from the ground up including electrical, plumbing, and
construction. He was great with his mind and hands.
He loved helping others who needed help and even considered starting a non profit
business to help others less fortunate.
He studied criminal law in college but was always led back to working outside with his
hands.
He grew up in a very loving church, Picayune Church of Christ where he loved the
members as family.
He met Destany Sullivan on August 23, 2004 and married her on May 30, 2009.
They had a beautiful son, Kailob Michael Blackwell on January 11, 2010.
He later met Kelsi Martin and fell head over heels for her. They shared every possible
moment together and he felt blessed to gain an extra son through her, Jayce McSwain, whom
