Michael Patrick O'Connor of Carriere, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the age of 70, in the comfort of his home.
Michael was a longtime resident of Carriere and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church of Picayune. He enjoyed painting, studying history, and being a handyman for his wife.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Brenda Lemoine O'Connor; mother, Maud Comberrel O'Connor; sons, Chad O'Connor and Corey O'Connor; brother, James O'Connor, Jr; sister Maureen Joaquin; and grandchildren, Kayla O'Connor, Dayton O'Connor, and Rileigh O'Connor.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Owen O'Connor.
A Celebration of Life will be held by family at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with 11:00 a.m. Mass on Friday October 1, 2021. A private burial will be held by family at Saint Joseph Abby Cemetery.
