Mitchell Roy Whittington, age 30, passed awayFriday, July 4, 2008 in Picayune.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 10th from 5 - 7 p.m. at Church of God of Prophecy, 1811 E. Canal St., Picayune.
Mitchell, a lifetime resident of Picayune, was a carpenter and a Catholic.
He is survived by his mother, Colleen Whittington of Picayune; son, Ashton Blake Whittington of Picayune; daughter, Haylee Reese Terry of Picayune; four brothers, Edward Lynn (Sharon) Whittington, Vincent Paul (Ashley) Whittington, Christopher Daniel Whittington, and Michael Ray Whittington, all of Picayune; and two sisters, Amanda Michelle (Edward) Settles and Mackenzie Shyanne Whittington, both of Picayune.
