Pamela Joe Stockstill Kennedy

Pamela Joe Stockstill Kennedy, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on October 29, 1956, she was a shining light in the lives of all who knew her, known for her caring and loving nature. Pamela devoted herself to uplifting others, always eager to reach out to those in need and offer her prayers and support. Her pride in the accomplishments of her children, family, and friends was evident to all, as she celebrated their successes with joy and enthusiasm.

Pamela pursued her education at Pearl River Community College and the University of Southern Miss. Her love for her family was utmost important, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and her love extended to her immediate family, cousins and friends.

Pamela is survived by her mother, Betty Stockstill; her daughter, Ashley Kennedy Smith; her sister, Bridget Jones; her beloved grandchildren, Sean Kennedy, Kaylee Kennedy, Alyssa Kennedy, Jade Kennedy, and Amber Smith; and her great-grandson, Wesson Pullens. She is also remembered fondly by the father of her children, Wesley Kennedy.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Joe Stockstill, and her son, Ryan Kennedy. Their memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. As we reflect on Pamela’s life, we are reminded of her unwavering spirit, her deep love for family, and the enduring impact she had on all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be missed dearly, but her legacy of love and kindness will carry on through her family and friends.
