Paul Thayer Phelps of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Friday, April 12, 2019 at the age of 50.
Private Memorial services will be held by the family at a later date.
Paul was a native of Louisiana, a truck driver and of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Kramer Edwards and step-father Eddie Edwards of Picayune, Mississippi; and two brothers, Greg Phelps of St. Bernard, Louisiana and Robert Phelps of Florida.
He is preceded in death by his father, Florian Phelps.
