Penny Sue Yost Fortenberry, age 62, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at New Palestine Baptist Church. A Memorial Service held by the family will follow from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Mrs. Fortenberry was a resident of Pearl River County and a RN at Slidell Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by husband, Jim Fortenberry of Picayune, Mississippi; step-mother, Marge "Wahge" Yost; sons, Johnathan (Regina) Rahmel of Tupelo, Mississippi, Jason (Pamela) Rahmel of Poplarville, Mississippi, and Beau (Courtney) Rahmel of Carriere, Mississippi; step-daughter, Angelia Fortenberry of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; brother, Jay C. (Trudy) Yost of Lompoc, California; sister, Beth (Craig) Nelson of Lacombe, Louisiana; grandchildren, Tyler, John-Logan, Justin, Ashli, and Seth; and three step-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John C. Yost and Lora Ava Close Yost.
