Mr. Clingan is survived by: His son, James Clingan of Cartersville, GA;Step Daughter, Amber Crocker; Five brothers, Bobby Clingan of Picayune, Lee Pullens of Picayune,Doyle Clingan of Slidell, LA, Perry Clingan of Norman, OK ,Michael Clingan of Pearl River, LA; Three Sisters, Zina Madden of Houma, LA, Belinda Hester of Lumberton, MS, Wanda Faye Sheffield of Rayville, LA; Two Grandchildren and Four Step Grandchildren
