Robert Allen Barefield, III, age 72, of Picayune passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Highland Community Hospital.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 18th at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of First United Methodist Church in Picayune, with Rev. David Lowery officiating. Burial and a graveside service will be held at a future date in Hollandale, Mississippi.
Allen, a native of Hollandale, Mississippi, was a resident of Picayune for the past ten years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Senior Center of Picayune.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Allen Barefield, Jr. and Vivian Hayden Barefield ;brother, Jeff Sawyer Barefield.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Senior Center of Picayune are requested.
