Robert "Bob" Stephen Sentilles

Robert "Bob" Stephen Sentilles, a dedicated elevator mechanic for Schindler and proud Coast Guard Veteran, passed away on June 12, 2025, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Born on August 24, 1951, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Bob lived a life filled with love, service, and family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Sentilles, with whom he shared 22 wonderful years of marriage. Bob was a devoted father to his children, Todd Sentilles, Andrew Sentilles, and Jennifer Sentilles Stribling (Wilson). He embraced his role as a stepfather to Stephen Christopher Collet and Christen Joy Collet. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Stephen Collet Jr., Gregory Boyington, Kamryn Milton, Emily Boyington, Kairon Milton, Roger Stribling, Bennett Stribling, and Celia Stribling, along with Bradley Collet and Elizabeth Collet. Bob was also proud to be a grandfather to two great-grandchildren, with another on the way. He is further survived by his siblings: brothers Tommy, Clay, and Jason Sentilles, and sister Allyson Sentilles.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Sentilles, and mother, Mary Alice Sentilles. He will also be remembered by his late stepdaughter, Tiffany Nicole Collet.

Visitation will be held on June 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Picayune Funeral Home & Crematory located at 815 S. Haugh Ave., Picayune, MS 39466. The funeral service will follow the visitation, starting at 2:30 PM and concluding at 3:30 PM.

Bob leaves behind cherished memories for all who knew him, and his spirit will surely live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
