Robert C. Duckett, Sr., age 85, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Monday, June 30, 2014.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 7, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in St. Bernard, Louisiana under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
Mr. Duckett was an Operating Engineer, and a member of Masonic Lodge Level #373 in Kenner, Louisiana.
He is survived by son, Robert (Dorothy) Duckett, Jr. of Picayune; daughter Carol (Ronnie) Leagune of Pearl River, Louisiana; sister-in-law- Rohanha Duckett of St. Bernard Parish; grandchildren, Bobby, Christina, John, and Ericka; and six great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Caleb and Ruby Duckett; wife, Marie Duckett; and brother, Ray Duckett.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any Shriner's Children's Hospital.
