Ruth Marie White, age 85 of Picayune passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009 at her residence.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Donny Leonard officiating. Burial will be in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Ruth was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by:one son, Richard Cherry of French Settlement, Louisiana; one daughter, Shirley Autra of Picayune; one sister, Ferne Wells of Kansas and five grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; William T. Bingham and Nellie Coffey Bingham; her first husband, Homer Cherry, and her second husband, Gerald White.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice Care of Louisiana & Mississippi in memory of Ruth White; 770 Gause Blvd. Suite C, Slidell, LA 70458
