Thomas Ross McFadden Sr.

Thomas Ross McFadden Sr., a beloved family and businessman, passed away on June 19th, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. Born December 24th, 1937, in Loraine, Ohio, Thomas led a life rich in experiences, accomplishments and wisdom. His generous nature, ability to mentor and willingness to help others touched the lives of many. 

As an Army veteran, Thomas served his country with pride. After which he promptly married the only love of his life. His beloved wife of 50 years, Patricia. Together they raised 2 children. His career journey was marked by his expertise in HVAC systems. Notably, he was the first man in Louisiana to become a licensed HVAC technician. For many years, he worked, managed, and even owned his own business in that field. Apart from his work, he had an adventurous spirit. He dabbled in many things, including starting a seafood restaurant, raising exotic birds, a comic book and sports card shop, racing thoroughbred horses, and even racing greyhound dogs, among other things. 'Tom’ and his wife enjoyed life, often dining out, visiting the casino, or watching the horses and dogs’ race. They loved traveling as well. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann D'Antoni McFadden. He is survived by his son Thomas Ross Jr and loving daughter Kim McFadden Duhe. Tom's legacy continues through them and his grandchildren Kelli, Brad, Lindsey, Brittany, and Ross, as well as numerous great grandchildren. A man with integrity of character, his memory will be cherished forever.

 A military funeral will be held in his honor at the "Biloxi National Cemetery” where he will join his wife. Date to be announced. In lieu of flowers Tom wished for any donations to go to “The Wounded Warriors Project."
