Willie Earl Parker Sr. ,87, of Poplarville, Mississippi passed away on July 17, 2026. 

Willie was born in Picayune on February 3, 1939 to Aaron Parker and Sadie Alexander Parker. He was a lifelong resident of Pearl River County and a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Willie is survived by his sons Willie Parker Jr. (Tracy), Thomas Aaron Parker, Shane Parker (Patricia), brother N. D. Parker, grandchildren Shelby Buckelew (Hayden), Christopher Parker (Alynda), Aaron Parker, Izzy Parker, Hannah Buras (Frank), Jonathan Anderson (Nikki), Katelyn Butcher (Ryan), and 9 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Frances Parker, father Aaron Parker, mother Sadie Alexander Parker, brothers Gary Parker, Charles Parker, and grandson Bruce Parker.

A visitation will be held on Friday July 24, 2026 from 12PM-2PM with a funeral to begin at 2PM officiated by Bro. Charles Rester at Picayune Funeral Home located at 815 S. Haugh Ave. Picayune, MS 39466.

Burial to follow at New Palestine Cemetery.
